Press your popsicle stick through the banana lengthwise and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Freeze banana pops until frozen solid. Melt your chocolate in a double boiler on the stove, or in the microwave until completely melted. Dip your banana pops into the chocolate and let the excess drip off. Place chocolate covered banana pops flat side down onto the baking sheet and freeze until solid. Once frozen solid you can remove them from the baking sheet and place in an airtight freezer container.
